Site survey
A supervisor visits, walks the site with you and records the risks, entry points and daily routines.
Proposal and fixed rate
You receive a written proposal with hours, officer numbers and a clear hourly rate. No hidden extras.
Officers deployed
Officers are briefed on your assignment instructions before their first shift. We keep the same faces on your site wherever possible.
Reports and reviews
Shift reports arrive by email after every shift, and your account manager reviews performance with you each month.

Common questions
How quickly can you put an officer on site?
For urgent requests we can usually deploy a licensed officer within 48 hours, depending on location. Planned contracts go live after the site survey, normally within a week.
Do you cover my area?
We supply officers across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Send us your site postcode and we'll confirm cover the same working day.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. We cover single shifts and one-off events as well as ongoing contracts.
How do I know an officer is properly licensed?
Every officer wears their SIA licence on duty. You can check the licence number on the SIA's public register, and we share licence details with you before the first shift.
What happens if an officer doesn't arrive?
Our control room monitors every book-on. If an officer misses their book-on time, a replacement is dispatched and you are told straight away.
How is pricing worked out?
We charge an hourly rate based on the licence type, the hours and the number of officers. Weekend nights and bank holidays are quoted separately and shown clearly on your proposal.
